Revert "Remove obsolete scriptlets"
    The old version already removed the obsolete scriptlets where appropriate
    (i.e. everywhere except for EPEL 7), there was no need to change it.
    The new version introduced an error that made the specfile unparsable,
    which resulted in that the package failed to build during the Fedora 30
    mass rebuild.
    
    This reverts commit f5cfd58b12102b3bc49ae720756b87d7eb1cbc2b.
