Replacing pathfix.py with py3_shebang_fix macro
    
    This allows the package to be build on el8, el9 without any
    changes to the specfile.
    Also replacing librbd1-devel in buildrequires with librbd-devel,
    as that presumably existed only for legacy reasons.
    librbd-devel provides librbd1-devel.
