initial ppc64 support
    
    - docs are disabled - they need qtbase 5.13 to build
    - missing ffmpeg files - same as is 5.11, we should update the clean-up script not to remove them
    - drop ffmpeg/scripts/ changes from my qtchromium fork for final Fedora patch
    - chromium patchset taken from Shawn with little updates from q66 (bundled chromium too old?)
