Update get_free_ffmpeg_source_files.py from Chromium dist-git
    
    There are no longer 'ffmpeg_branding == "Chromium"' conditionals, we
    need to key on the absence of 'ffmpeg_branding == "Chrome"' or
    'ffmpeg_branding == "ChromeOS"' conditionals instead.
