    Move sssd_pac to the sssd-ipa and sssd-ad subpackages
    
    - Trim out RHEL5-specific macros since we don't build on RHEL 5
    - Trim out macros for Fedora older than F18
    - Update libldb requirement to 1.1.16
    - Trim RPM changelog down to the last year
