consolidate git-archimport removal in %prep
    
    We have not shipped git-archimport since 3f0dc97 (Drop git-arch on
    fedora >= 16, 2011-07-26).  Replace the scattered references to it in
    the spec file with a small group of commands in %prep to remove it
    entirely.
