Add various Qt 5 and Qt 6 packages
    
    This matches the flatpak runtime commit,
    https://src.fedoraproject.org/flatpaks/flatpak-runtime/c/bdf72f0a0d78446157337e8fa1ccbcf6d0fd0142?branch=f38
    that dropped Qt 5 packages from the runtime in order to move them to
    flatpak-common.
    
    Qt 6 packaging is adapted from mediawriter and stellarium.
