jackson will also need jsr-311 and stax2-api.

Hmm, this PR is based off of the master branch. I'll create a new one which adds jackson and its deps on the f27 branch.

Ahh, master was merged into f27, my bad.

I've created PR#2 which contains this change plus the jsr-311 and stax2-api components.
