These two fields allow to specify a different default assignee for ticket opened against this package in bugzilla. Note: The EPEL field is always displayed for packages in the 'rpms' namespace regardless of whether it is used in bugzilla or not.

what about /var/lib/apt-cacher-ng/ the machinery to fill this dir is not there on Fedora, see: https://sources.debian.org/src/apt-cacher-ng/3.7.4-1/debian/apt-cacher-ng.postinst/ still the security can be relaxed to 755 because the hypotetical contents are not sensitive
