ffaudio plugin handles ".opus" files

Opus Codec support? So far, it's the ffmpeg based "ffaudio" input plugin
that handles Opus files but without supporting the ".opus" file extension:

Pulse Audio daemon's "flat-volumes = yes" is a bad default. Work-around
for the blasting noise mentioned below is to set "flat-volumes = no".
