There is a new feature in the Standard Test Roles which allows to
use an FMF filter instead of listing all tests manually. This
commit includes all Tier1 and Tier2 tests for respective targets.

There is still an old standard-test-roles in the repo. That's why the CI job failed. We should have a fixed package soon. Will reschedule the test once it's updated.

Holding this pull request until standard-test-roles package is updated.

We are waiting for this package update to get to the stable repo:
https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2018-45e34d48d9

Standard Test Roles reached the stable repo and the CI job successfully passed. We can merge this pull request.

Commit 21427f3 fixes this pull-request
