    Re-enable LTO on aarch64 and ppc64le.
    
    - Improve the -emacs patch.
    - Fix LTO warnings about mismatched types by adding to the -params patch.
    - Add the -return, -java-signum, and -sigtrap patches.
    - Drop division by zero workaround, fixed with the -sigtrap patch.
    - Move license files to -libs and -doc subpackages.
