These two fields allow to specify a different default assignee for ticket opened against this package in bugzilla. Note: The EPEL field is always displayed for packages in the 'rpms' namespace regardless of whether it is used in bugzilla or not.

Have the -doc subpackage depend on the base package Similar to what we are doing in the rest of the mm packages: Avoids having to install the COPYING file in the -doc subpackage and ensures -doc is removed when uninstalling the base cairo package.
