Rebuild for ogre 1.9.0
    
    - Fix cegui building without freetype support
    - Cegui uses tolua++ which only works with 5.1, not 5.2, switch to compat-lua
    - Drop the bogus cegui-*-renderer from cegui-samples (the main cegui package
      which -samples requires provides the standard opengl renderer)
