clamav-notify-servers: rewrote script to be init-neutral
    
    it just sends a 'zRELOAD' command to autodetected and/or configurable
    sockets,
    
    NOTE: new scripts requires the 'timeout' utility from recent
    'coreutils'.  It is *not* shipped by RHEL5 and before.
