Update to version 0.87
    
     * Fix login on Windows, don't prompt for additional auth
     * Use the machine host name in the default self-signed certificate
     * Cockpit release tarballs are now distributed in tar-ustar format
     * Allow overriding package manifests
     * Testing and build fixes
