Remove dnsperf-data package
    
    Original sample with 10M queries is quite big, but never changes. It is
    also old and inaccurate, does not represent a good checks on your query.
    It is better to create your own query files from real traffic your
    servers have.
    
    To provide at least some transition, provide dnsperf-data command, which
    help with downloading and installation of samples file. Current package
    took significant size every rebuild, but never changed.
