Include plugin script as elasticsearch-plugin - bz#1252823, fix config no-replace - bz#1296308.
    
    1) In main documentation script called plugin and placed in dedicated directory.
    For Fedora global use it placed in /usr/bin, but named elasticsearch-plugin to
    do not clush name. So now it should work just like (as root):
