Update to version 1.4
    
    This plumbs through an option named "lzma" to enable LZMA support,
    but note that this refers to a new format MicroLZMA that is only
    implemented since the xz tag v5.3.2alpha which is not packaged in
    Fedora yet.  See RHBZ#2025309 for its status, but until then, the
    option is disabled by default so it can be enabled for test builds.
