Revert "BuildRequires: kf5-ki18n-devel for the ki18n_install CMake macro"
    
    It turns out that the .mo translations installed with this are only used for
    hellopython, which we do not package at this time.
    
    This reverts commit 214fdc4c02d56422b155d0317d44c921dd8b37ec.
