Replace tarball
    
    I kinda messed up the 3.4.0 release tarball because I'm not
    releasing from my usual machine and I seem to have the wrong
    copy of the release script, so the package build failed because
    the tarball wasn't right. So I silently replaced it with one
    that's a bit better. I'm an awful person, shoot me.
