    Update to version 1.7.0
    
    This adjusts the License tag to drop OR clauses where all operands
    are individually listed in the expression as well, following the
    exception in the Fedora rules.  It also adds SourceLicense to show
    that Firecracker itself and the bundled crates are just Apache-2.0.
