	* decl.c (duplicate_decls): When redeclaring a builtin function,
	keep the merged decl builtin whenever types match, even if new
	decl defines a function.

	* gcc.dg/builtins-65.c: New test.
	* g++.dg/ext/builtin10.C: New test.
