lint: ignore non-standard-dir-in-var for gitweb
    
    Newer rpmlint rightly points out this minor gitweb issue.
    
    Fixing it is a low priority as we need to arrange the change only for
    newer releases, keeping the old layout on existing systems.  This is
    tracked in bug 479613.
