These two fields allow to specify a different default assignee for ticket opened against this package in bugzilla. Note: The EPEL field is always displayed for packages in the 'rpms' namespace regardless of whether it is used in bugzilla or not.

Drop the runtime dep on control-center gnome-bluetooth no longer ships a gnome-control-center panel so we no longer need the runtime requires. Drop the dep so that we can get rid of the circular build dep between control-center and gnome-bluetooth.
