Drop Requires: dconf
    
    While dconf is needed in practice for persistent GSettings, the
    application can also work just fine without it. If we are going to
    require dconf, we should also require gvfs and glib-networking, and we
    should do that for all GIO-based applications. Since that's not the
    case, there is no need for Boxes to be any different.
