Drop downstream patches for anaconda webui workflow
    
    As the webUI Change was deferred to Fedora 41, we no longer need
    these patches on F40, and I believe they (or rather their
    counterparts in gnome-shell, but it makes sense to get rid of all
    of them) may be causing
