osci keeps failing because of infrastructure failure:

So there are two issues here:
- First, the conversion to rpmautospec must be done in a separate commit.
- Second, in order to convert to rpmautospec, you also need to move the existing changelog to a "changelog" file, and replace the current one with %autochangelog

next version of rpmautospec will contain a convert function to do this automatically, but you can download it manually:

We can do "Buildoot override" for this:

to wait for the build to appear in the f35-build repo. It will thus be available to build against.
