backport CJK packages and %notopkg macro
    
    - refresh to 20141117 snapshot
    - correct some of the namings
    - subpackage with %notopkg
    - generate the appinfo metainfo for the subpackages
    - use a single for-loop to install the font config and appdata files
    - add Thaana font
    - add common subpackage for license, doc files and main .metainfo.xml
