Include configure diff in 0001-fix-stupid-ax_python_devel.patch
    
    Since ./autogen.sh no longer runs, we need to do this.
    
    Distutils is deprecated since Python 3.10 and unpatched configure fails because
    there is an unexpected warning on stderr.
