 (FOR_LIST_ELEMENTS_SAFE): New macro. 	* include/grub/command.h
 (FOR_COMMANDS_SAFE): Likewise. 	* grub-core/commands/help.c
 (grub_cmd_help): Use FOR_COMMANDS_SAFE.
