Move rwtab to git
    
    I am not sure why it was added as a source in the lookaside, but it is
    very incoveninent this way as it is removed every time the command
    fedpkg new-sources is used.
    
    This file is super-tiny and can ust live directly in dist-git like the
    spec and patches.
