Drop manual -devel subpackage requires
    
    Instead, rely on rpmbuild's pkgconfig dep extractor to autogenerate deps
    on other -devel packages. The dep on automake can go away as well, since
    /usr/share/aclocal is now part of the filesystem package which avoids
    the need to depend on automake for the directory ownership.
