Hi,
please, merge this PR (or add the appropriate changelog entry with the bumped version by hand) and build it with the following side tag param:
This is for a new log4cplus version which changed its soname:
I have checked that libstatgrab builds with the new log4cplus correctly under copr, see:
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/mosvald/log4cplus/builds/
I have log4cplus & kea built under the side tag f39-build-side-70327 already:

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=103821812
so only the libstatgrab remains to get rebuilt.
Please, let me know when it's done (or if you have any questions or hit any problems) so that I can release the new update through bodhi.
