Split Intel bluetooth and audio firmwares into subpackages
    
    This will allow us to skip them on non-Intel arches. After this
    only the 'ice' stuff for 800-series network adapters and the
    'ipu3' stuff for webcams is left in the main package; those are
    both very small and not worth splitting out.
