This compat package was introduced to support building and running gala and
future versions of pantheon-greeter on fedora 29 and rawhide. This was
necessary because mutter changed its API and library versions from
libmutter-2 to libmutter-3 with version 3.30, and gala upstream still
needs time to adapt to the changes.
