Fix versioning
    
    The program still reports as version 20220429.  It seems the 20220629
    tag never happened upstream.  I verified the existing version is a
    snapshot of commit ef0cb55 from upstream.  This corrects the version,
    adds the appropriate snapshot information, and bumps the epoch for a
    correct upgrade path.
