Bugfix release 0.29.1
    
    The fixes in 0.29.1 (compared to 0.29) matter for no-emacs builds only.
    Yet, they are good to keep as a base version, and .1 are usually
    "release plus hotfix", i.e. the release good for the current Fedora
    release (in addition to rawhide).
