fix build
    
    Need to keep using %gradle_build to build in offline mode.
    I'm not quite sure why "-i" is needed, but it was used there before
    commit 0d54d028e4b ("stl-33737: update the build to work with Gradle
    4.3.1"), so put it back.
    
    Drop the hunk from stl-33737-f28-update.patch that caused the build
    to fail to find jgraphx.
