      - Don't use %ENV for passing data structures to tests; this fixes the tests
        on Perl 5.18, which stringifies %ENV values immediately (CPAN RT#86148)

    - Don't need to remove empty directories from the buildroot
    - This release by BOBTFISH -> update source URL
