Update to 0.02
    
    New upstream release 0.02
    - Fixed a bug affecting input strings with an odd number of characters
    - Cleaned up Makefile.PL
    - Removed magic svn keywords
    - Added author tests (xt/) and modified SYNOPSIS for all modules to make
      them pass the compilation test
