    Update to 1.842
    
    - New upstream release 1.842
      - The Windows hack introduced in 1.841 is 2x slower for one edge case, so
        reverted the Windows hack in MCE::Shared::Server
      - Fixed race condition abnormalities in MCE::Hobo
      - Added Parallel::ForkManager-like demonstration to MCE::Hobo
      - Bumped MCE dependency to 1.842
