Update to 1.25
    
    - New upstream release 1.25
      - Allow lc, uc, and coderef for csv() headers attribute
      - Document for eof when the last line has an error (CPAN RT#115954)
      - Allow csv() to call header() with all supported arguments
      - Add some docs for bind_columns
