- add buildreqs Test::More, Test::Pod, Test::Pod::Coverage, and
        Test::Distribution for better test coverage
    - simplify package build in line with perl spec template
    - no need to define %%{perl_vendorlib}
    - mark pod as %%doc
    - use %%{version} macro in source URL
