Subject: enable test suite for Koschei, drop 1 known to fail test


Koschei have allow us to discover this issue,
related to a change in PHP 5.6.19RC1,
but which is really a bug in yaml extension,
so disabling the full test suite seems bad
as this will prevent to detect further breakage.
