Update to 2018.11.14
    
    - drop 0001-pypi-fixtures.patch and only import the plugin in conftest.py
    - redo 0002-fix-imports-of-unbundled-pkgs.patch
    - deselect couple more tests, as the testing environment it not ideal
    - temporarily disable xdisting pytest
