Update changelog date
    
    This is first public package for pl-5.10.2.
    
    It does not fix any bugs except it can be compiled against new X11 (there were
    conflicts in symbols definition). I hope this release works somehow. I had
    a lot of problems to get XPCE prolog modules loaded. Opened bug reports will
    be addressed in next relases.
