Update mod_vroot to 0.9
    
    New upstream release 0.9 of mod_vroot, containing improvements to
    alias handling
    
      Note that contrary to the previous release, the source of an alias must be
      an absolute path and the destination a relative path in the virtual root;
      this breaks the previous default configuration, which must have the
      VRootAlias line in proftpd.conf changed to work with this release
    
    Add Default-Stop LSB keyword in initscript (for runlevels 0, 1, and 6)
