updates for the ALSA UCM
sink selection fixes (active_port)

NOTE: The pulseaudio-13.0-103-gf5d36.tar.xz tar ball was uploaded to the Fedore source server already.

I've several objections:

unwise to use a random master/development snapshot for a stable fedora release (at least not without a lot of scrutiny and extra testing)
disable_flat_volumes.patch removed without comment. Is it upstreamed or not needed anymore?
what is alsa-ucm.patch exactly? why is it needed?, where did it come from? why is this not included in upstream sources (yet)?
autostart.patch updated without clear reasoning, can you clarify? and again, if this change is needed, why is it not upstream?
