    - Add extras metapackage for “mysql+asyncmy”
    - Drop and obsolete extras metapackage for “mysql” backend, unsupported
      upstream for Python 3.10 and later, in favor of “mysql+asyncmy”
    - Run the tests for supported MySQL backends at RPM build time
